We started in 1989. Small roofing crew out of Evansville. Not much has changed, really. There are about four of us, and we handle roofing, siding, gutters, and soffit and fascia work across the Tri-State. Residential, commercial, whatever needs doing.
Our crew manages every job directly — you deal with us from start to finish. Bill Gospodinoff took over the business in 2018. Same approach: be on time, use good materials, clean up after ourselves, charge a fair price.
BBB accredited since 1993 with an A+ rating and zero complaints on file. GAF-certified, which means their manufacturer warranty backs our roof installations. We don't do much advertising. Most of our jobs come from one neighbor telling another, and 36 years in, that works fine for us.

Yeah, always free. We come out, look at it, and write up what we think it'll cost. You're not committing to anything.
Depends how old the roof is and how bad the damage is. Newer roof with one problem area? Repair is usually fine. Older roof or damage all over? Replacement makes more sense long-term. We'll give you our honest take.
Shingles are cheaper to put on and last 20 to 30 years. Metal costs more upfront but you're looking at 40 to 70 years, and it handles storms a lot better. We do both. Happy to go over the numbers.
We do this all the time. We document everything, meet with your adjuster, and make sure the claim covers what it should. You've got enough going on after a storm.
Once we start, most roofs are done in 1 to 3 days. Getting to that start date can take a couple weeks depending on weather and material availability.
Cracks, warping, bubbling, siding pulling away from the wall. Constant paint peeling or mold. If your energy bills jumped and you can't figure out why, that can be siding too. Anything over 20 years old is worth a look.
Vinyl costs less and you basically never have to touch it. Fiber cement, like James Hardie, costs more but it's tougher, looks better, and lasts longer. We work with both. Comes down to what matters more to you.
Soffits are the panels underneath your roof overhang. Fascia is the trim board along the edge. They keep water, bugs, and critters out of your roof and attic. When they go bad, it causes problems you don't want to pay for later. A lot of contractors won't touch this stuff. We will.
